True North Kickboxing is a proudly Canadian owned, independent fitness brand with locations across Western Canada.
We are not directed by a corporation owned by a larger conglomerate south of the border. We are locally owned, community driven, and built by people who know their members and care deeply about their experience.
True North was created to offer something different. A place where people feel welcome from day one. A place where fitness is challenging but approachable. A place where community, fun, and real human connection matter just as much as the workout itself.

Fitness Kickboxing Classes

True North Kickboxing Personal Training offers one on one and semi private coaching designed to deliver fast, measurable results. Every session is customized to your goals, whether you want fat loss, strength, or improved fitness. Transformation Challenge
True North Kickboxing Transformation Challenges are structured programs designed to deliver real results in 21 day, 6 week, 8 week, and 12 week formats. Each challenge combines kickboxing workouts, nutrition guidance, and accountability coaching to help you lose fat, build strength, and stay consistent. It is a proven system built to create lasting transformation in a supportive, results driven environment.
Online Kickboxing and Nutrition Support
Live and recorded online classes and nutrition support options for members who want flexibility or prefer to train from home.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
From the moment you arrive, you will be welcomed by a coach who will walk you through everything.
Your first visit includes:
- A brief conversation about your goals and experience.

- A complimentary InBody body composition scan
- Guidance on class options and scheduling

They are right there in the trenches with you always pushing you beyond your limits. I switched to the 6 am class at the start of the year to have fun with the “6 am crew” but to take in the energy Coach Katie offers in her class. I completed the 6 week challenge at True North Kickboxing and man was it amazing!! I was a little nervous going into this because it was something new for me. However, I immediately lost all nerves as soon as I stepped into the gym. Everyone there was so welcoming and kind. It really is one big family of people who like to punch stuff. The instructors are super encouraging and fun to be around. The challenge itself was a great experience. The community gave me the strength to push through and keep going.
